Ximena Fernández, daughter of Fernando Vermudez, Count in Cea and Elvira Diaz, of Saldaña, was born about 970.1 She died after 1032,1 and was buried at the Monastery of St. John de la Peña, Spain.1

Ximena married Garcia IV, King of Navarre, son of Sancho II "Abarca," King of Navarre and Urraca Fernández, of Castile, about 995.1
