Thomas married Isabel Kiddall, daughter of Anthony Kiddall.2

Glover's visitation (edited by Foster) makes this Thomas the son of Robert Portington and Elizabeth Paslew, rather than their grandson as shown in Foster's Pedigrees.3,1
