Sir Reynold de Grey, Knt., 4th Lord Grey of Wilton, son of Sir Henry de Grey, Knt., 3rd Lord Grey of Wilton and Anna de la Rochelle, was born 1 November 1311.1 He died at Shirland, Derbyshire, England, 28 May 1370.1

Reynold married Maud Botetourt, daughter of Sir Thomas Botetourt, Knt. and Joan de Somery, before 10 January 1327/28.2
