Sir Hervey de Stafford, Knt., son of Sir Hervey Bagot, Knt. and Millicent de Stafford, was born probably before 1196, as he came "into the King's faith and service" in 1217.1 He died before 12 May 1237,1 and was buried at Stone, Staffordshire, England.1
Hervey married Pernell de Ferrers, daughter of William de Ferrers, 3rd Earl of Derby and Sibyl de Braose, about 1214.1
