Robert III, Chev., Count of Dreux and Braine, son of Robert II, Count of Dreux and Braine and Yolande de Coucy, was born about 1190.1 He died 3 March 1233/34,1 and was buried at the Abbey of Saint-Yved, Braine, Aisne, France.1

Robert married Annor de Saint Valéry, daughter of Thomas de Saint Valéry, seigneur of Saint-Valéry and Adéle, about 1210.1
