Sir William of England, Knt., Count of Boulogne and Mortain, son of Stephen of Blois, King of England and Maud of Boulogne, was born between 1132 and 1137.1 He died October 1159,1 and was buried at Poitou, France.1

William married Isabelle de Warenne, Countess of Surrey, daughter of William de Warenne, 3rd Earl of Surrey and Ela of Ponthieu.1
