Abraham Parmalee, son of Abraham Parmalee and Mary Bishop, was born at Guilford, Connecticut, 28 April 1717.1 He died 25 March 1795, age 77.2 Both he and his wife were buried at East Street Cemetery, Goshen, Connecticut.2

Abraham married Mary Stanley, daughter of Nathaniel Stanley and Anna Whiting, at Guilford 3 May 1746.1,3

In 1790, his household is perhaps the one enumerated at Litchfield, Litchfield Co., Connecticut, with 1 free white male over 16, and 3 free white females.4
