Samuel Logan married Ann Wylie, whose parents are unknown (or untraced), 16 April 1790.1

Samuel was a native of Ireland. He emigrated to this country when he was about 20 years of age. A short time after the birth of his son in 1793, he moved his family to Garrett County, Kentucky with everything they owned on two pack horses.1
