Jane Galland, daughter of Edward Galland and Agnes Wilmot, was born probably shortly before her baptism at Wantage, Berkshire, England, 2 November 1602.1 She died at Edgartown, Dukes Co., Massachusetts, before 1682.1

Jane married (1) Thomas Paine at Wantage, 15 October 1620;1,2,3 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Thomas Mayhew, son of Matthew Mayhew and Alice Barter, before 1632.1,4
