Isabel (…), whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), died after 1343, having survived her husband.1

Isabel married Sir Nicholas de Stapleton, Knt., 2nd Lord Stapleton, son of Sir Miles de Stapleton, Knt., 1st Lord Stapleton and Sibyl de Bellew, before 1301.1

The Complete Peerage suggests her father was "John de Richmond of Constable Burton." This man has not yet been located. The location is probably more likely to be Burton Constable, but this is far from certain. John Watson has done a thorough analysis of the Richmond family and could not find any supporting evidence for the identification.2,1
