Henry III "the Black," Holy Roman Emperor, son of Conrad II "the Salic," Holy Roman Emperor and Gisele of Swabia, was born 28 October 1017.1 He died at Bodfeld, Harz, Germany, 5 October 1056.1

Henry married (1) Gunhilda of Denmark, whose ancestry is not traced here, in 1036;1,2 he married (2) Agnes of Poitou, daughter of William V "the Great," Duke of Aquitaine and Agnes of Burgundy, November 1043.1
