Constanza Manuel, daughter of Juan Manuel, señor of Villena and Constanza of Aragón, died at Santarém, Portugal, 13 November 1345.1

Constanza married Alfonso XI, King of Castile and Leon, son of Fernando IV, King of Castile and Costanza, Princess of Portugal;1 they later divorced in 1327.1
