John Sutton, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born say 1595.1 He died at Rehoboth, Bristol Co., Plymouth Colony, 1 June 1672.1

John married Julian Adcocke, daughter of John Adcock and Elizabeth Eldred, at Attleborough, Norfolk, England, about 1620.2

In August 1638, he and his family, along with his brother-in-law, Stephen Paine, and his family, arrived at Boston on the Diligent, out of Ipswich, Suffolk, John Martin, Master, 10 August 1638.3,4
