Hulda Holmes Van Mater, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born at Holmdel, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, about 23 March 1844.1,2,3 She died at Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania, 20 May 1924.4

Hulda married Robert Woodruff Cooke, son of Dr. Robert Woodruff Cooke, MD and Susan Gansevoort, at Holmdel 22 June 1868.1
