Estate real and personal to my granddaughter, Susan Mackey (Susanna Mackee), at 18
Wife Lardi [?] [/ Cardi?] Handy to be executrix during widowhood until my granddaughter is 18, but if she marries again to have one-third of the estate and no more.
Friends Capt Thomas Watson, Thomas Peers "gouldsmith" to be executors;
If granddaughter should die under 18 then whole estate to William son of Samuel Handy of England, after the decease of wife;
