Philip Price, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), died before 24 May 1694, when his will was proved.1

Philip married (2), as her 2nd husband, Mary Cornelius, daughter of James Cornelius, at Christ Church Parish, Barbados, 19 April 1679.2

Philip left a will dated at St. Philip's Parish, Barbados, 6 May 1694, and proved 24 May 1694. Of St. Philip's Parish, he mentioned:
brother Edward Price residing in Jamaica;
wife Mary Price otherwise called Dame Mary Walrond;
wife Mary's son Alexander Walrond and her daughter Cornelia Terrill, wife of Michael Terrill Esq;
only son John Price at 21;
executors: kinsman Lawrence Price, wife Mary;
friend David Ramsay Esq., and son in law Michael Terrill Esq, Guardians of son John;
signed Phillip Price;
witnesses Ralph Weekes, William Terrill, Hope Wilse, Thomas Bourne, Patrick Mageogh.1
