Mary Gill, daughter of Thomas Gill and Joan Dale, was born probably shortly before her baptism at Potterhanworth, Lincolnshire, England, 13 December 1612.1 She died before 1 September 1640, when her husband is found in the New Haven records with a family of four, himself and presumably the three children.2,3

Mary married Anthony Thompson, son of Anthony Thompson and Bridget (…), before 1632.2

She was apparently from Lincolnshire as the baptisms of the three children are recorded there. For Bridget, the mother's name is given as "Mary" and she is presumed here to be the mother of John and Anthony as well though not named in their records.4
