William de Warenne, 2nd Earl of Surrey, son of William de Warenne, 1st Earl of Surrey and Gundreda, died 11 May 1138,1,2 and was buried at his father's feet in the chapter-house at Lewes, Sussex, England.2
William married, as her 2nd husband, Isabel de Vermandois, Countess of Vermandois, daughter of Hugh "le Grand," Count of Crépy and Adelaide de Vermandois, Countess of Vermandois, after 1118.2,1
