Sir Thomas de Berkeley, Knt., 1st Lord Berkley, son of Sir Maurice de Berkeley, Knt. and Isabel de Dover, was born about 1245.1 He died 31 July 1321.1

Thomas married Joan de Ferrers, daughter of Sir William de Ferrers, Knt., 5th Earl of Derby and Margaret de Quincy, in 1267.1
