Sir Roger le Bigod, Knt., 4th Earl of Norfolk, son of Hugh Bigod, 1st Earl of Norfolk and Juliana de Vere, was born before 1140.1 He died before 2 August 1221.2

Roger married Ida de Toeni, daughter of Ralph V de Toeni "de Conches," lord of Toeni and Margaret of Leicester, about 25 December 1181.1
