Zebulon Cook had removed to Monmouth Co. New Jersey by 22 Nov 1730 when widow Margaret Fagan renounced her right of administration over the estate of Philip Fagan of Upper Freehold, Monmouth Co., in favor of Zebulon, the chief creditor.

He is shown to have married Parthenia Leonard by a deed from [his brother?] Abiel Cook.5,6
