Sir Bartholomew de Burghersh, Knt., 3rd Lord Burghersh, son of Sir Robert Burghersh, Knt., 1st Lord Burghersh and Maud Badlesmere, was born about 1304.1 He died at Dover, Kent, England, 3 August 1355.1 Both he and his wife were buried at Grey Friars, London, England.1

Bartholomew married Elizabeth de Verdun, daughter of Sir Thebaud de Verdun, Knt., 2nd Lord Verdun and Maud de Mortimer, before 11 June 1320.2
