Sir Ralph de Ufford, Knt., son of Sir Robert de Ufford, K.B., 1st Lord Ufford and Cecily de Valoines, died at Kilmainham, Ireland, 9 April 1346.1

Ralph married, as her 2nd husband, Maud of Lancaster, daughter of Sir Henry of Lancaster, Knt., Earl of Lancaster and Maud de Chaworth, before 8 August 1343.2
