Maud married (1) Sir William de Burgh, Knt., Lord Burgh, 4th Earl of Ulster, son of John de Burgh and Elizabeth de Clare, before 16 November 1327;2 she married (2) Sir Ralph de Ufford, Knt., son of Sir Robert de Ufford, K.B., 1st Lord Ufford and Cecily de Valoines, before 8 August 1343.1
