Samuel Odell Gregory, son of Jedediah Gregory and Rhoda Fairchild, was born at Morris Plains, Morris Co., New Jersey, 12 August 1770.1 He died at Owego, Tioga Co., New York, 3 March 1849.2

Samuel married (1) Ruletta Cook, daughter of Colonel Ellis Cook and Margaret Griswold Cocker, at Hanover, Morris Co., New Jersey, 29 September 1792;3,4,5,6,2 he married (2) Eunice Fairchild, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), after 16 May 1816.2
