Nathaniel left a will dated at Newark, 28 February 1754, proved 28 Mar 1761, naming:

daughters Sarah Ross & Johanna Foster
executors Nathaniel and John Ross (John was dead by 1761 when Nathaniel appeared as surviving Executor).2
