Jane Terrill, daughter of Capt. Michael Terrill and Cornelia Walrond, was born say 1695.1 She died at St. Lucy's Parish, Barbados, before October 1739.2

Jane married Colonel Dowding Thornhill, son of Henry Thornhill and Alice Dowding, at St. Lucy's Parish, Barbados, say 1714.2,3

Jane left a will dated 3 April 1739, and proved 7 October 1739:
To my grand daughter Mary Thornhill Bonnet £500 and 4 negroes at 21.

To my grand daughter Jane Waldron Bonnet £200 and a negro girl;

To my grand daughter Thomasin Bonnet £100 and one negro.

To my nephew Henry Thornhill £50. The estate of my late husband Dowding Thornhill.

To my daughter Mary Bonnet, provided she survives her husband Edward Bonnet, if not surviving to her children.

If my daughter and grand children die I give to my brothers Major Michael Terrill and Col. William Sandiford each £50.

To my 3 nieces Cornelia Sandiford, daughter of Colonel Sandiford, Jane Terrill, daughter of Major Terrill, Cornelia Yearwood, daughter of Samuel Yearwood, and residue of my nephew Henry Thornhill.

I appoint my brother Colonel Wm. Sandiford and Lt. Col. Hillary Rowe, Captain John Waite, and Mr. Jacob Scott executors in trust.
