Capt. Michael Terrill, son of (…) Terrill, was born say 1665.1 He died at St. Lucy's Parish, Barbados, before March 1705/6, when his will was proved.2

Michael married Cornelia Walrond, daughter of Sir Alexander Walrond, Knt. and Mary Cornelius, when the couple were named in the will of her step father, Phillip Price Esq. before 6 May 1694.3

In the list of inhabitants for St. Lucy's Parish, 31 December 1699, Capt. Michael Terrill is shown with 210 acres, 11 bought servants, and 98 negros.4

Michael left a will dated at St. Lucy's Parish, Barbados, 21 October 1705, and proved 9 Mar 1705/6. In it, he named:
Wife Cornelia, executrix and guardian;
Michael Terrill (relation not specified) executor if wife remarried;
brothers Lt. Col William Terrill, John Terrill, Charles Terrill, Thomas Terrill and brother-in-law John Lucie as executors in trust during minority of son Michael and guardians of children to age 21
son Henry and daughter Jane at 15 or marriage
a possible unborn child.5
