Thomas married Sarah Edge, daughter of George Edge and Joan (…), at Delaware Co., Pennsylvania, 6 September 1686.2

Thomas Bowater came on the Bristol Comfort which arrived on the Delaware River 28 September 1683. Thomas was described as out of Worcester, and servant to Francis Fincher of Woster City, Glover, for three years.3
