Richard Cook, son of Sullivan Cook and Hannah Rogers, was born about 1816.1 He died in 1907,2 and was buried at the Hayground Cemetery, Bridgehampton, Suffolk Co., New York.2

Richard married Phebe Rose, daughter of Stephen Rose and Phebe Haynes.2
