Phebe Rose, daughter of Stephen Rose and Phebe Haynes, was born at Southampton, Suffolk Co., New York, 7 August 1817.1,2 She died 3 August 1888,2 and was buried at the Hayground Cemetery, Bridgehampton, Suffolk Co., New York.2

Phebe married Richard Cook, son of Sullivan Cook and Hannah Rogers.2
