Euclid married Mary Ella Payne, daughter of Charles Calvin Payne and Lydia Mahala Stafford, at Republic Co., Kansas, 2 March 1879.11,12

Euclid Roland Price was a musician (drummer) and served in Co. H, 81st Illinois Infantry from 12 August 1862 to 5 August 1865 when discharged at Vicksburg, Mississippi.13

Euclid was in the same company as his father during the Civil War.
