William married (1) Margaret de Arundel, daughter of Sir Richard Fitz Alan de Arundel, Knt., 8th Earl of Arundel and Alice de Saluzzo;1 he married (2) Joan de Sudeley, daughter of John de Sudeley, Lord Sudeley and Eleanor de Scales, about 1354.1
