Hugues IV, Duke of Burgundy, son of Eudes III, Duke of Burgundy and Alix de Vergy, was born 9 March 1212/13.1 He died 27 October 1272,1 and was buried at church of the Abbey of Citreaux, Côte-d'Or, France.1

Hugues married (1) Yolande de Dreux, daughter of Robert III, Chev., Count of Dreux and Braine and Annor de Saint Valéry;1 he married (2) Béatrice of Navarre, daughter of Thibaud IV, King of Navarre and Margaret de Bourbon, about November 1258.1
