Pedigree
Sir Thomas de Vere, Knt., son of Sir Robert de Vere, Knt., 6th Earl of Oxford and Margaret de Mortimer, was born about between 1280 and 1284.1 He died before 12 May 1329.2

Thomas married (1) Pernel Marshal, daughter of Sir John Marshal, Knt. and Hawise de Say;1 he married (2) Agnes de Roos, daughter of Sir William de Roos, Knt., 1st Lord Roos of Helmsley and Maud de Vaux, before 17 June 1315.3
