Robert married (1) Mary de Lusignan, daughter of Sir Hugues XI le Brun, Knt. and Yolande of Brittany, 26 July 1249;2 he married (2) Eleanor de Bohun, daughter of Sir Humphrey de Bohun, Knt. and Eleanor de Brewes, 28 June 1269.2
