Andrew Jackson South, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born at Illinois, August 1850.1,2 He probably died before 30 January 1938 as Emma is shown as a widow when she died on that date.3

Andrew married, as her 2nd husband, Emma Luella Epperson, daughter of David Lambert Epperson and Susan Jane Smith, 25 August 1885.4
