Alice left a will dated 11 September 1684, and proved 17 October. In it she mentions:
"Husband has allowed me to make my will"
daughter Alice Dowden, wife of Thomas Dowden
grand daughter Elizabeth Wattkins
daughter Grizell Berrow, wife of Chistopher Berrow, executrix
land Dowden bought from Chistopher Scattergood
Wit: Alice ames, Katherine Reed, Thomas Greene.2
