Lothair I, Emperor, son of Louis I "the Pious," Emperor and Ermengarde of Haspengau, was born about 795.1,2,3 He died at Prüm Monastery, Ardennes, France, 29 September 855.1

Lothair married Ermengarde de Tours, daughter of Hugues, Count of Tours and Ève, 15 October 821.1,4,2,3

He also had one illegitimate son by a mistress, Doda, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here).5
