Robert married (1) Sarah Yarborough, daughter of William Yarborough Sr. and Rachel Shelby, about 1815; it appears they later divorced, before 1844, when she remarried; he married (2) Diantha (…), whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 1850.3
