Abigail Dewey, daughter of Thomas Dewey and Constant Hawes, was born at Westfield, Hampden Co., Massachusetts, 14 February 1681.1 She died at Westfield, 20 December 1747.1

Abigail married (1) Joseph Ashley, son of David Ashley and Hannah Glover, 12 April 1699;2 she married (2) Thomas Dewey, son of Jedediah Dewey and Sarah Orton, at Westfield, 7 November 1706.1
