Thomas Barker, son of Thomas Barker and Mary Watson, was born probably shortly before his baptism at Sessay, Yorkshire, England, 31 May 1733.1 He died after 1812.2

Thomas married Hannah Bruce, daughter of Martin Bruce and Ann Skaife, at Sessay 23 April 1759.3
