Jeremiah Halsey Cook, son of Samuel Cook and Elizabeth Halsey, was born at New York, 9 February 1785.1,2 He died at San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California, 14 September 1850.3

Jeremiah married Mary Rogers, whose parents are unknown.2,4
