Elizabeth Hylton, daughter of Sir William de Hylton, Knt. and Margaret Metcalf, married Marmaduke Thirkeld, Esq., son of Christopher Thirkeld, Gent., before 4 June 1566 when she and her husband were named in her mother's will.1,2
