Mathilde of Burgundy, daughter of Raymond of Burgundy Count of Grignon and Agnès of Montpensier, was born about 1150.1 She died as a nun at Fontévrault Abbey, France, in 1192.1

Mathilde married (1) Eudes III, seigneur of Issoudun;1 she married (2) Guy I, Count of Nevers;1 she married (3) Pierre of Flanders, Count of Nevers, after 1175;1 she married (4) Robert II, Count of Dreux and Braine, son of Robert I "le Grand," Count of Dreux and Braine and Agnés de Baudement, Countess of Braine, between 1177 and 1180;1 they were divorced on grounds of consanguinity in 1181. The ancestries of the first three husbands are unknown (or not traced here).1
