Marie of France, daughter of Philippe II "Auguste," King of France and Agnès of Merania, was born in 1198.1 She died 5 August 1224,1 and was buried at Affligem Abbey, Brabant, Belgium.1

Marie married (2), as his 2nd wife, Henry I, Duke of Brabant & Lower Lorraine, son of Godfrey III, Duke of Lorraine & Brabent and Margaret of Limbourg, at Soissons, France, 22 April 1213.1
