Henri II, Count of Bar, son of Thibaut I, Count of Bar and Hermesende of Bar-sur-Seine, was born about 1190.1 He was slain in battle at Gaza, Palestine, 13 November 1239.1

Henri married Philippe de Dreux, daughter of Robert II, Count of Dreux and Braine and Yolande de Coucy, about 12 November 1218.1
