Henry de Ferrers, 2nd Lord Ferrers of Groby, son of Sir William de Ferrers, Knt., 1st Lord Ferrers of Groby and Margaret de Segrave, was born about 1303.1 He died at Groby, Leicestershire, England, 15 September 1343,2 and was buried at Ulverscroft Priory, Leicestershire, England.2

Henry married Isabel de Verdun, daughter of Sir Thebaud de Verdun, Knt., 2nd Lord Verdun and Elizabeth de Clare, before 20 February 1330/31.1
