Baldwin IV "the Bearded," Marquis of Flanders, son of Arnulf II, Count of Flanders and Rosela "Susanna", was born between 980 and 985.1,2,3 He died 30 May 1036.2,3

Baldwin married (1) Otgiva of Luxembourg, daughter of Giselbert, Count of Vaudrevange/Wallerfangen, in 1012;2 he was execommunicated for having abandoned his wife, about 987;3 he married (2) an unnamed daughter of Richard II, Duke of Normandy.1
