Sir Humphrey de Bohun, Knt., 6th Earl of Hereford, 7th Earl of Essex, son of Henry de Bohun, 5th Earl of Hereford and Maud de Mandeville, was born about 1200.1 He died 24 September 1275,2 and was buried at Llanthony Abbey, Gloucestershire, England.2

Humphrey married (1) Maud d'Eu, daughter of Raoul d'Exoudun, Chev., seigneur of Issoudun and Alice, Countess d'Eu, say 1230;1 he married (2) Maud de Avenbury, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), after 1241.1
